Kir Royal Sparkling Wine Cocktail


  • 2 dashes of crème de cassis (black currant liqueur)
  • Sparkling wine


Place crème de cassis in a flute glass and top with iced sparkling wine.

Note: another variation is to use Chambord raspberry liqueur and garnish with a fresh raspberry in the glass just before serving.
