Pineapple Salsa


  • 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • juice of 1 large lime
  • salt, to taste
  • dash of cumin
  • dash of cayenne pepper


Using the Butcher Knife clean and cut pineapple into strips.  Using a chef’s knife, dice pineapple so you have very small chunks.  Clean then dice red pepper using the paring knife or Trimmer.

In a medium bowl, combine ingredients. Stir well. Season with salt, to taste. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
